Martial arts for White House, TN
If your evenings already involve heading south on Interstate 65, point the car at something better than traffic. Furst Place MMA sits a short run down the highway from White House, and plenty of our members from Northern Sumner County have swapped the drift home through the after-work crawl for an hour of real training. You end the day stronger and clearer instead of just parked behind brake lights, and the commute starts to feel like the warm-up to the part you actually look forward to.
We coach four disciplines in one room: Mixed Martial Arts, Kickboxing, No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, and Wrestling. You are not boxed into one lane. A White House newcomer can throw combinations on the pads one night, learn to control a position on the ground the next, and pick up takedowns later in the week, all from the same membership and the same coaches who know your name. Walking in with no background is normal here, and our beginner on-ramp is set up so a first-timer never feels lost.
Ego has no home here. New faces train next to people with years on the mat, sparring stays optional and is something you grow into rather than something thrown at you, and nobody is out to make an example of the new person. There is no contract to sign and your first session costs nothing, so the only thing you risk by coming down is finding out you like it.
