These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at furstplacemma.com (the "Site") and your interaction with Furst Place MMA ("Furst Place MMA," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who We Are

Furst Place MMA is a combat-sports gym located at 122 Taylor Industrial Blvd, Hendersonville, TN 37075, offering Mixed Martial Arts, Kickboxing, No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, and Wrestling instruction.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit forms or agree to these Terms on your own behalf. Minors may train with us only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms and the applicable waivers on the minor's behalf.

Free Trial Class

We offer a free trial class to new participants. The free trial is intended for first-time visitors, is subject to scheduling and availability, and may be limited to one per person. Completing the form does not guarantee a reserved spot until a coach confirms your session. We may modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

Memberships and Payments

Membership options, pricing, and payment terms are provided in person or by phone and are governed by the separate membership agreement you sign at the gym. The Site does not process payments. Any pricing discussed is subject to change until set out in a signed agreement.

Text Messaging Terms

If you provide your phone number and opt in on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Furst Place MMA as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or contact us at (615) 495-8560, and reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Assumption of Risk

Mixed Martial Arts, Kickboxing, No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, and related strength and conditioning are physically demanding contact activities that carry an inherent risk of injury, including serious injury. By participating in any class, trial, or activity at Furst Place MMA, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. Participation is at your own risk, and you agree to follow all coach instructions, gym rules, and safety guidance.

Health Disclaimer

The Site and our communications are for general informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concern about your ability to participate. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits.

No Guarantee of Results

Individual results from training vary and depend on many factors. We do not guarantee any specific fitness, self-defense, weight, competition, or other outcome.

Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or introduce malicious code.
• Copy, scrape, or reuse Site content except as permitted below.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design, are owned by Furst Place MMA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and services, such as our scheduling, form, and messaging platform and social media. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sumner County, Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
